Description
rhAmp SNP Assays by Integrated DNA Technologies provide predesigned and custom genotyping assays utilizing RNase H2-activated RNA-DNA hybrid primer technology for high specificity and mismatch discrimination. The catalog includes over 10 million predesigned human SNP assays, including functionally tested ADME SNP assays, with greater than 99.5% call accuracy. Custom designs support newly discovered human SNPs and other species with amplicons as short as 40 bp, delivering results in a single-tube workflow within 90 minutes.
Best for
genetics researchers, pharmacogenomics researchers, high-throughput SNP genotyping and ADME biomarker analysis
